RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Kaash Customs makes personalized jewelry with love for your loved ones for any moment to be special. If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us know immediately and we'll do our best to re make it to your full satisfaction. New, Un-Used and Un-Worn items can be returned to KaashCustoms within 90 days of delivery. Please note that because all our personalized items specifically made for you, those returns will incur a 25% restocking fee. Buyer shall be responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 25% of the total amount of the item. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Representatives.
Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
